A woman suing her husband’s mistress for marriage wrecking in Francistown shocked court last Tuesday when she produced explicit videos of her husband having sex with the mistress.
Naledi Kaote-Mogae of Francistown is demanding P80, 000 as compensation from 26-year-old Kemiso Dijokota who allegedly wrecked her marriage of nine (9) year.
Appearing before Deputy Court President Tebogo Stephen, Kaote-Mogae said her marriage to Kenneth Mogae (not Zebras assistant coach) has irreparably broken down.
“A child was even born from this relationship. I mounted hidden cameras in my bedroom and watched very painful details of my husband having sex with inside my bedroom,” she told court.
She pleaded with court not to play the videos in an open court because they are too explicit.
However, Kgosi Stephen requested to watch the videos in camera arguing that it will help her to make a watertight judgment based on the videos’ analysis.
In her defense, Dijokota admitted that she once had an affair with the complainant’s husband but denied bearing a child with him.
“My child is not her husband’s,” she said.
Dijokota said the complainant’s husband is the one who approached her. “He never told me he was married,” she said defensively.
“Nothing suggested that the complainant’s husband had a wife.
The complainant’s husband was always scruff and the house was always in a mess, suggesting that there was no woman in that house,” Dijokota arrogantly said and pleaded not guilty.
The case continues on the 15th of October 2013.
