Francistown’s representative at the ongoing My Star 2014 competition, Mpho Kwambala has vowed to do everything in her power to ensure that this year’s title will be kept in the country’s second city.
The 20-year-old Tonota-born sassy lady said she is practicing hard on daily basis in order to fulfill her quest of winning this year’s competition.
A former actress and music coordinator at the Ghetto Artists Organization, Kwambala is of the belief that she has got what it takes to be crowned the winner.
She started her singing in church. And it is against this backdrop that she believes that God will carry her through because “my talent in singing is God ordained.”
Now that she is doing everything to ensure that she wins the title, Kwambala pleaded with her fans across the country to vote for her.
She said her fans have a very important role in ensuring that she wins the competition. She said: “Please send a keyword My Star 34 to 14767 to vote for me.”
