Cheating school head beaten over affair with teacher’s wife
A disgraced school head caught in bed with a fellow teacher’s wife has offered to compensate his rival.
Shamed Moshupa Senior Secondary School Head, Innocent Amen Kologwe has signed a letter admitting his guilt, and has agreed to pay his rival P8000 for stealing his wife.
Kologwe was beaten and tortured while he was held hostage for hours in his own house after the cheated teacher demanded an explanation concerning his sordid behaviour.
Shocked teacher Mogokedi Mogale caught his wife of ten years, Bonno, 37, in bed with the Moshupa headmaster in a scandal that has rocked the school community.
Acting on a tip off Mogale, 39, a teacher at Tshegetsang Community Junior Secondary School in Molepolole, but currently on study leave at the University of Botswana, went to Kologwe’s house in the early morning hours of Tuesday to catch the two love rats.
Recounting his traumatic experience the cheated husband said, “After doing my investigation, I left Molepolole on Tuesday morning around 3am with two of my buddies and waited outside his house until around 6am when I started knocking.
“He refused to open but we were convinced that there were people inside because Kologwe’s car was parked in the grounds. He later opened the door but vigorously denied that he had my wife in his house.”
When Kologwe tried to lock them out, the three men then forced themselves in and searched the house until they found Bonno lying in a bedroom stark naked.
Mogale then lost his cool and demanded to know how many times the love cheats had had sex and whether they used a condom. When the wife replied that they had sex twice that night and that they used condoms, the cheated husband demanded to see the condoms.
More drama unfold when in response, the dumbfounded school head searched his pockets for the said condoms only to retrieve his mistress’ panties which the cheated husband grabbed in a fit of anger and proceeded to attack Kologwe.
Mogale kicked, punched, screamed and swore at the embattled Kologwe, attracting the attention of a sizeable group of staff members who came to investigate the commotion. It was only Kologwe’s second day at work after his transfer from Kgari Sechele.
When he eventually calmed down Mogale who had confiscated the cheating couple’s mobile phones, called Kologwe’s wife and the police who refused to get involved in what they said was a civil matter.
Mogale then decided to lodge a case of home wrecking against Kologwe whom he had suspected had been sleeping with his wife August since last year when he went on study leave and his salary was cut in half.
“That was when my wife moved out of our matrimonial home claiming that I could not provide for the family. She started starving me of sex and instead slept with the school head. They even went on holiday to Francistown together in December leaving me alone with our three kids, aged 19, 9 and 22 months.”
Mogale went on to say, “To prove that they were not planning to end their affair any time soon, there were allegations that Kologwe was pushing for my wife, who is employed as a laboratory assistant at Kgari Sechele, to be transferred to Moshupa so that they could be together.”
When contacted for comment, Bonno claimed that contrary to her husband claims she only moved out because of wife abuse and continuous beatings.
