The Voice and The Grand Palm give away two tickets to MJ tribute show
Your favourite newspaper, The Voice, has once again collaborated with the 5-star Hotel in Gaborone, the Grand Palm Hotel to give away something of value.
This time around two lucky Voice readers stand a chance to watch Kenny Wizz, a famous MJ lookalike perform live at the GICC in a show that pays tribute to his idol.
The fallen King of Pop will ‘rise again’ on July 29th and 30th when Wizz, the celebrated Las Vegas impersonator takes revellers down memory lane in a performance that is expected to thrill any Michael Jackson fan to bits.
Born in Los Angeles, Kenny Wizz, grew up listening R&B , Soul and Pop music. At the age of 14, Kenny started performing street dancing with his friends and did that for a few years. As Kenny approached his 20’s, Michael Jackson reached the peak of his career with the release of the “Thriller” album. At that time, Kenny was told by many people that he had a strong resemblance to Michael Jackson.
Through an agent, Kenny was soon making TV appearances, commercials and personal appearances.
In his early 20’s Kenny started performing in shows in California. He was then approached by the producer of “LaCage” to perform in Atlanta City where he captivated audiences on a nightly basis and in the process perfected his act.
Kenny was then approached by other producers overseas where he performed in shows throughout Europe and Asia. This is one show you can’t afford to miss so go ahead and enter the competition.
Tickets to the show are available at the Peermont Walmont Hotel foyer at the Grand Palm and are sold at P300 for adults and P160 for children under the age of 12.
To stand a chance to win simply SMS the key word JACKSON to 16565 (sms charged at P2 and is open to all networks).
