Extension Gunners Chairman William Maboane said his club will be going all out to win Saturday’s pre-season tournament organized by Joy Foundation. The Chairman said though they have lost some important players including skipper Ofentse Mmipi, the Lobatse giants still has enough fire power to claim the P100 000 cash price.
Gunners takes on Gaborone United at 10 am at UB Stadium in the first match, followed by a match between League Champions Mochudi Centre Chiefs and Mascom Top 8 finalists Ecco City Greens at 12 noon.

The final match will be played at 1600hrs. The winner will pocket P100 000 and there is a P50 000 appearance fee for all the teams.
“All these other teams have a lot of money. They did well in the league and cup competitions so it is our turn to cash. We need this money more than they do,” said Maboane. Joy Foundation is on an inspired initiative to raise funds for the construction of a Sports Academy that will cater for kids of all sports codes.
