FNBB yesterday hosted its clientele at Maun to a “Coffee with the CEO” session aimed at having business conversations and also to thank stakeholders for their custom as well as build and strengthen relationships.
“The banking industry is changing rapidly thereby challenging us to be more focused and deliver strategic banking solutions to our clients. As a bank, we admit that customers have become more sophisticated and there is therefore an urgent need to align their expectations to our innovative offerings, hence the importance of a dialogue based relationship. Today’s session is one such dialogue based relationship get together function” said FNBB CEO, Steven Bogatsu.
One of FNBB’s strategic focuses, Bogatsu said, is to continuously build and strengthen customer relationships so that the bank can deliver outstanding proactive service to all customers.
A strong customer centric culture, he said, ensures that the bank’s products are correctly packaged and accessible to all.
It also demands that we engage our customers in new, creative and more exciting ways.
This is important not just for our customers, but also for our partners, suppliers and employees.
Sharing with customers the most recent development aimed at improving customer’s experience, Bogatsu highlighted the Bank’s innovative ATM Advanced (a real time cash deposit taking machine) that aims to give customers the convenience of banking outside traditional banking hours.
“We continue to explore ways on how best we can give our customers an improved customer experience and one of the ways in which we are able to encourage our staff members is through an internal Innovators’ campaign that recognises and awards the implementation of innovative ideas that improves customers’ banking experience,” said Bogatsu.
