Fashion Without Borders

There’s no better way to celebrate Botswana’s 50 years of independence than to mount a fashion stage showcasing creativity, trends and evolution of the past half century.

Billed for May 7, 2016 at the Three Chiefs Monument, Fashion Without Borders continues to marvel at Botswana talent and to celebrate with Batswana.

Among those celebrating the fashion trends will be models battling it out for the Best Model Award. Here are some of the models, and designers set to showcase.

ALITESS : We met these Botswana based 16-year-old twin designers a year ago. What impressed us about Alitess’ was their unique craftsmanship and attention to detail, which can only be acquired from an internationally acclaimed fashion school. Second time participating in the Fashion Without Borders fashion show, they have positioned themselves as one of the world’s upcoming set of twins to watch, with an interesting take on fashion design.
