Horse racing is set to take centre stage again this Easter as the Mascom Horse Derby gallops back into Maun.
Scheduled for next Saturday (April 20), the much-loved annual event will once again take place at Shashe Horse Race Grounds, with early bird tickets already on sale at computicket for P70.
Otherwise patrons will have to fork out P100 at the gate, whilst children get in for P30.
The Derby has become one of the biggest crowd pullers in Botswana over the Easter Holidays, attracting dignitaries, tourists and locals alike all desperate to join in on the excitement.
Activities on the day include local music, cultural fashion, tantalising cuisine as well as the horse race itself.
