Things women do to give men sexual pleasure
BY FRANCINAH BAAITSE

It has become common knowledge that men prefer a tight vagina for extra sexual pleasure and it is because of this that many women find themselves seeking desperate measures, which are often harmful, so they can please their partners.
This was discovered during a random survey at the Gaborone Station this week where The Voice wanted to know why people were running to traditional healers to tighten their vaginas or increase the size of their penis.
Although it was traditionally difficult to pose the questions to the elders it was equally difficult to discuss the matter in public. In fact, it is embarrassing to discuss sexual matters. However, The Voice figured out that women who desperately want to sexually please their men are using the missing Morula tree bark as a treatment for loose vaginas.
“Generally a vagina can lose some elasticity due to ageing, menopause, stretching during childbirth or sexual activities and therefore as women we need to constantly keep check of our size," pointed out Chedza Moyo who said she often uses morula bark to dry her vagina. Moyo said the bark is cheaper as she simply soaks it in water over night and uses the water to rinse her private parts.
"You can try it, you will feel the difference," she said.
However, others revealed that they use different chemicals including toothpaste, vinegar and detergent to keep dry so as to give their men a tight feeling from the dryness. But Masego Maremela knows of a much safer exercise called kegal which strengthens the muscles of a vagina and therefore making it tight.
"When you go pee hold your urine for a few seconds then let it go then stop and hold it then release those same muscles to let the urine flow again. These are your pelvic floor muscles." Ditsile Isaah, however, contended that not having too much sex would naturally reduce the size.
"Oh, stop having so much sex. I am not joking, it should get tighter naturally. Alternatively put some ice in there prior to sex, it would work the same," pointed out Ditsile Isaah.  However, the general manager at Serowe Family Clinic, Loisa Fadika’s advice is that women should ignore the people who encourage them to stick mixtures into their vagina as it would expose them to bacteria.
"I think we still lack health education. It is high time we see social workers and public health educators visiting homes to teach them about hygiene," she pointed out. Kegal exercise is said to be a healthier exercise of retaining vaginal tightness.
"Often women who have the sensation that their vaginas are stretched also notice that they leak urine, especially when they laugh, sneeze, or cough. These unexpected changes are part of a person's life and it's normal to accommodate them over a person's life span or a long-term relationship, but Kegal exercise would surely help," she said.

Just a little bit more information on Kegel Exercise from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

A Kegel exercise, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, consists of contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor (sometimes called the "Kegel muscles").

Explanation
The aim of Kegel exercises is to fortify muscle tone by strengthening the pubococcygeus muscles of the pelvic floor.

Kegel is a popular prescribed exercise for pregnant women to prepare the pelvic floor for physiological stresses of the later stages of pregnancy and vaginal childbirth.

Kegel exercises are said to be good for treating vaginal prolapse[1] and preventing uterine prolapse[2] in women and for treating prostate pain and swelling resulting from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostatitis in men.

Kegel exercises may be beneficial in treating urinary incontinence in both men and women.[3] Kegel exercises may also increase sexual gratification.
