NengomashiGUNNERS OFFICIALS TIGHT LIPPED

Veteran former Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits Midfielder Tinashe Nengomasha is being linked with a move to Lobatse giants Extension Gunners.

The General as Nengomasha is widely referred to signed a two year contract with Wits with an option of renewal in 2012, but the club decided not to exercise the option.

Nengomasha is currently among a host of players trying their luck at Mpumalanga Black Aces.

The player was quoted in Zimbabwean media saying if he could not find a team in South Africa he would love to end his career at Dynamos; a club he supported as a young boy growing up in Zimbabwe.

The 32 year old ‘Washington’ played 261 games between 2002 and 2012 for Chiefs and was named the player of the year and players’ player of the year the following season after guiding Amakhosi to the league title

Extension Gunners are currently on a spirited rebuilding mission and with the P2 million per season from the Dada family, the likes of Nengomasha are not off-limits.

Another player linked with the Peleng side is Sageby Sandaka,  who is expected to leave BMC Football Club.
