The General as Nengomasha is widely referred to signed a two year contract with Wits with an option of renewal in 2012, but the club decided not to exercise the option.
Nengomasha is currently among a host of players trying their luck at Mpumalanga Black Aces.

The 32 year old ‘Washington’ played 261 games between 2002 and 2012 for Chiefs and was named the player of the year and players’ player of the year the following season after guiding Amakhosi to the league title
