CHEATED WIFE DEMANDS P150 000 FROM MISTRESS
A sex-starved wife who caught her husband in the act and confiscated his underwear as evidence has vowed to go down fighting.
Margaret Kgosiesele, 39, told The Voice in an interview that she and her husband have not had sex in six years and she wants his mistress to pay a hefty price for the pain she has caused her.
The vengeful woman’s disgraced husband, 52 -year- old Caiphus Kgosiesele is alleged to have found a lover ten years younger than his wife in Kaone Sethebe, a 29- year-old university student.
On Wednesday morning the scorned wife, armed with the husband’s underwear as proof of the affair, arraigned Sethebe, a university student at Kanye Customary court on a single count of marriage wrecking.
Facts of the case brought before Ntlhantlhe customary court president, Kgosi Malepa Orekeng are that on or about March 2014 Kgosiesele was caught red handed at Sethebe’s house.
“I had gone to look for my husband at Sethebe’s place. I had gathered information to the effect that he was spending time with her.”
Upon arrival the mother of two asked the landlord to knock at her rival’s door.
“When Sethebe opened the door and realised it was me, she quickly bolted.
I entered the house and took a picture of my husband who was naked in bed, his clothes and used condoms scattered on the floor.
He simply asked me whose phone I was using and didn’t say anything else after that,” she said.
The busted husband has decided to end their fourteen-year marriage and Margaret is demanding a compensation of P150 000.00 or sixteen head of cattle in lieu of money from the mistress.
Although Kgosi Malepa advised her that the customary court does not award such hefty sums of money she refused to lower her demands and argued that the money was in fact too little compared to the pain she has been subjected to by the affair.
Asked by the court to explain why she took her husband’s clothes Margaret said, “I wanted my husband to walk back home naked to show that he was remorseful.
But I was shocked when he came home wearing that woman’s hipster pants and a blouse instead.”
The case continues on May 27 at Kanye Kgotla when Sethebe will state her defence.
Immediately after the court case Sethebe ran away from Voice reporters and switched off her mobile phone, refusing to comment.
