If you don’t intend spending Easter Friday in church, music lovers and revellers in Francistown will have an opportunity to mix and mingle with the celebrity couple of Zibanani Madome and Feza Kesi at the White Palace Hotel in the Selepa area of the Ghetto.

The radio personality popularly known as DJ O’Neal will be on the ones and twos. Usually, the 2013 Big Brother representative for Botswana, O’Neal moves around with his better half. And most of the revellers are expected to be with Feza in the Ghetto.

With Heineken having pledged to give away merchandise during the event, the show is expected to be one to remember.

O’Neal has been a crowd puller in Francistown.

He will not be alone with a number of supporting acts having been lined up. DJ K.U.D (Kuda Molebedi) of Yarona FM’s shutdown mix, DJ Bunz (Peter Gaseitsiwe) and the 2012 Sprite Champion runners up DJ Dude (Mompati Molefe) alongside DJ Dez-B (Botlhe Didimalang).

Just P50 gets you in into a show expected to start at 8pm Friday and end around 5am the next morning.


Straight from a successful Miami visit, DJ Sid (Sidney Nzala) is expected to be the star guest during the three-day 2014 Easter Madness at Dumela Lodge.

Thursday was expected to mark the roar into the Easter Madness where a number of respected disc jockey will perform.

Organized by DJ Cue (Musa Puso), the gig is expected to keep revellers on their toes over the holiday.

DJ Sid is expected to dish out some of the tricks of the trade he learnt from his time in the US of A.

Night clubbers in Francistown where he started his disc jockey career – are expecting a totally different DJ Sid on the decks.

The madness that is expected to extent until Saturday will also include DJs such as Yarona FM’s DJ Styles and DJ Cue.MazgandaMAZGANDA.COM OFF TO ZAMBIA   

Francistown based folk music group, Mazganda.com was expected to leave the country yesterday (Thursday) and head northwest to Zambia.

The group who will bring their brand of folk music and comedy, are expected to perform at a shopping complex on Easter Friday morning as a prelude to an evening show booked at Jindu Night Club in the Copperbelt region of Zambia.

Botswana-based Zambian promoter Violet Kakanda-Sulumbu has organized the gigs and is confident Mazganda will be well received, adding that the although the group are small they have great potential.

“It is very rare to find a group that is capable of mixing comedy and folk music,” said Kakanda-Sulumbu in her heavy Zambian accent.

Mazganda.com has got just one album, Tigeleleni.
