An HIV+ having anal sex!!!!!!! tota satane ga tshameka ka batho gatweng tota? I believe that the offence needed to be heard in a court with a higher jurisdiction because what they were doing is wrong. And do you want to tell me that these guys have repented? No, they are going to continue raping people and infecting them further. why can’t they stay all their lives in jail?

But if u are in prison you dont have a choice. Ke gone hela gonna gay. Imagine staying 2 years, 5 years, 10 years without sex. Ku nzima.

Every time this issue of anal sex in prison surfaces, my mind tells me that somehow the government doesn’t consider it a serious issue that requires immediate attention, the state seems to be entertaining it because no steps are taken to protect the weak against such devilish acts. This are the very same people spreading Hiv/Aids, yet state officials always talk of how financially exhausted the country is, emphasis should be prevention of new infections but rather we tend to turn a blind eyes to issues such as these. Myopian vision is not good at all.
