All roads will be leading to the Francistown’s ultimate leisure centre, Lizard Entertainment tonight (Friday) for the Vee’s album launch.
Without doubt, the hangout joint is expected to be filled to capacity as the pint sized musician commands a lot of following across the country.
Since the album was released a couple of months ago, the song Eita has been blasting.
And this is the first time Vee will be performing in Francistown since the beginning of the year.
The event has got all the ingredients of being described as the mother of all shows in the year 2013.
Alongside DJ Gouviea of the Chinomudana fame, Lizard Entertainment will be packed to the rafters. Do not be left out.
The wait is over for disco music lovers as Daniel Tshanda’s album launch is finally here.
Tonight (Friday), Tshanda and a whole lot of local and South African artists will be performing at the Palapye Community Hall where the popular disco musician will be launching his latest album, Jehova.
Tomorrow (Saturday) night, Tshanda is expected to take his album launch to Shashe Dam Bar, some 20km south of Francistown near the magnificent Shashe Dam.
Away from the city noise, revelers are expected to enjoy every moment. Dalom Kids will be also performing alongside local artists like MC Maswe.
Top Zambian musician Dalisoul, popularly known as Mwana Wamukomboni (A child from the farming/mining compound) proved too good for a sizeable number of Zambians who attended his show at the Lizard Entertainment on Friday night.
This is after he put up an exhilarating performance that left his fans yearning for more.
Despite starting late, well after 12midnigt, he managed to pay for his late coming.
He appeared on the stage in his trademark Palestinian regalia with his six dancers popularly known as the Jerabo Troupe thereby sending the crowd into ecstasy.
Dalisoul went straight into business with a performance of hit songs like Osaopa Condom, Shanishani and Chipyango.
Probably to take advantage of his popularity gained as a musician; MC Maswe tried his luck in the acting industry.
Born Thapelo Maleka at Ramotswa MC Maswe was part of a host of aspiring actors and actresses who thronged Diggers Inn hall in Francistown this past weekend.
Maswe, who recently released a gospel album titled Legodimo, is set to be part of the Botswood Movie Industry casting team.
The musician with a penchant for wearing a leopard vest all the time showed the other side of him in front of a camera.
It remains to be seen whether the Simoneele hit maker would make it in the acting industry.
