The incident happened in the early morning hours of Sunday during an argument after a night of drinking.
Ali Tjizera, 34, was reluctant to comment on the matter.
Speaking from his hospital bed with drips hanging from his arm, a scar on his mouth, a bite mark on his right hand and some medical equipment protruding from his the trousers.
Tjizera said: “I don’t want this issue to be published because my wife has apologised and I am not pressing charges.”
When pressed further for a comment on what exactly transpired he explained that he had a “small” argument with his wife but when things got out of order she pulled his manhood a ‘bit.’
On why the case did not appear on Police records,Tjizera said that he did not report the matter because it was nothing but a domestic affair.
At this point the injured man’s wife interrupted the interview and demanded for Voice reporter to excuse her husband which brought the conversation to an abrupt end.
Tjizera’s incident comes a few months after another man; Goronamang Mbwe of Maun suffered a similar fate when his wife used her teeth to peel off his foreskin during a fight.
