Kwelagobe uttered the warning recently at the South East South Member of Parliament Odirile Motlhale ‘s rally in Ramotswa.
“I know people will be campaigning and there will be a lot of instability within the party.
This instability will be caused by people who feel that there are ‘mafikizolos’ in the party.
Let it be known that all in the BDP are equal. It does not matter when you joined the party, we are all the same,” he said.
Kwelagobe went on to describe Motlhale as an intelligent man who deserves to be given a chance despite his short lived defection to the BMD sometime back.
“His motions in parliament are testimony to this. He thinks outside the box as evidenced by the motions he has tabled in parliament,” said the veteran politician.
For his part, Motlhale described his move to BMD as regrettable and apologized to his electorates.
He said before he left BMD he did not find peace with himself.
“As a diehard BDP member I did not find peace after joining the BMD. It is something that I will live to regret.
BDP is my home,” he said.
