Dell has announced the availability of ProSupport, its industry-leading support services offer that enables access for our customer’s to Dell’s technical support capabilities, Dell spare parts network and Dell certified field engineers in Botswana.
The announcement is the result of significant transformation that Dell has completed in Botswana through the advancement of support and technical expertise with around-the-clock telephone diagnosis, local Dell owned parts inventory and onsite service delivered by Dell’s certified service partners.
“Our customers in Botswana will now get all the benefits of Dell’s ProSupport services in the exact same manner as customers in Europe and the US. Dell Services will provide expert support for our customer’s environments, with various response options for spare parts delivery and on-site engineering resources.

BOTS LIFE HONOURS EMPLOYEES
Botswana’s oldest insurance company, Botswana Life held their Long Service Award Dinner on Friday the 5th of July at Gaborone Sun. 30 employees were awarded certificates, gifts and cash based on the number of years of service.
Speaking at the dinner, Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited Group Human Resources Manager Onthusitse Mosiakgabo said the company currently holds over 80% of the industry’s market share.
She said the contribution made by employees to the continued success and growth of the company is significant and worthy of recognition.
