Voice reporter Portia Ngwako went to Francistown Nissan at Light Industrial site during lunch on Friday.

She finds four men and one lady eating lunch under a tree.

A man passes by and greets the woman first sparking a conversation on how a woman should behave when she is with her man.

Green t-shirt: This man how can he just greet you alone? He has just disrespected us.

How does he even know that one of us is not your boyfriend?

Woman: Hahahahahaha! Stop being jealous, this man and I are Tafic supporters.That is that is how I know him.

Green t-shirt: But he should also greet us, this is what I do not like.

When I am in town with my girlfriend I become jealous when men greet her and ignore me

Overall: He did greet us too.

Are you complaining simply because he greeted the woman first? Don’t you know that the English say Ladies First?

Besides a woman is a diamond, easily seen.

White shirt: This is serious. Why would you be jealous when she is greeted by other men in town?

She has relatives and friends for God’s sake.

Green t-shirt: Men friends? This is why there are high cases of murder and passion killings in this country.

You should protect what you have or else you will lose her right in front of your nose.

Black t-shirt: I agree with you, they even go to the extend of hugging her and chatting with her while you wait and watch from a distance looking like a fool.

Green t-shirt: Mine knows me very well; I do not wait and watch that kind of rubbish.

If she does that she knows she will have to come running after me. When we arrive home she better have good explanation or face the consequences.

Woman: Come on guys! That is abuse. We have the right to socialize and the right to greet and be greeted.

I will not allow a man to violate my rights, I  would break up with any man who does that to me. I do not take kindly to a jealous lover.

Green t-shirt: If you were my girlfriend you were going to greet men and flirt with them only if we are not together.

When I am with my girlfriend her attention should be fully on me.

Even if she sees a man she knows she should ignore him when she is with me because that is my time not his.

Black t-shirt: I also hate it when I am with my woman and she starts chatting on face book or responding to messages on her phone.

I always advice her to switch off both our cell phones so that there will be no distraction.

Overall: Get civilized guys and trust your partners. Why do you feel so insecure?

Green t-shirt: When a man loves a woman he show some degree of jealousy if indeed she takes the relationship seriously enough not to want to let anything ruin it.

There is this tendency by some men to of hug and kiss other people’s girlfriends on the cheek. I do not like it at all.

Woman: Last week my boyfriend came to my place with his friend.

The guy kissed me on the cheek and I could see that my boyfriend did not like it at all.

After his friend left my boyfriend said: “ Why did you allow my friend to kiss you?

I could see you liked it, you were smiling.

First is kissing and then next will be sex with him.

I warned him never to display such stupid jealous tendencies
