A Tutume mob of six men who took the law into their own hands will know their fate on November 15 when Francistown High Court Judge Justice Makwade passes judgment in a matter in which they have been charged with murder.

The man accused the deceased of harassing their village their women and children.

The accused are said to have went on a man-hunt in May 2009 after two young sisters complained that two men, Ian Mbakanyisi and Prichard Ndlovu, had pestered them. It is reported that when the two men were apprehended the mob assaulted them leading to the death of Mbakanyisi and injury of Ndlovu. Mbakanyisi died the same day of the assault as a result of shock, haemorrhaging and multiple injuries.
